Vladimir shuldyakov said doctors must follow the order "inform police about all cases when virginity was lost as well as cases of pregnancy and abortion"
The order also instructed doctors to check the integrity of the hymen and look for signs of damage.

This came in after domestic violence was decriminalised in the country,which means domestic abusers fewer punishment

This act therefore is a way of gaining evidence against sexual activities for girls under 16.
