Season 1 Finale On King Of Hearts Episode 545-546 The police comes there and arrests Payal for treachery and attempt to murder on a pregnant woman Roshni. Payal claims she is innocent and accused Siddharth and Neil. She asks Ria who she had breaks all ties with to tell the truth. Ria says she is guilty and tells the inspector to take her.
